The Director of FP&A will be primarily responsible for the consolidation and compilation of monthly financial results, forecast and budgets. The position will assist the finance and accounting teams with review and analysis of financials. The role will also include supporting our SEC reporting, Investor Relations, bank and auditor teams on a quarterly basis as well as assist with the integration of acquired companies into RealPage consolidated financials. The positions will work closely with RealPage’s Senior Vice President of Finance, FP&A divisional Vice Presidents, accounting and investor relations leadership. In addition, the role will have exposure to RealPage’s Chief Financial Officer.


  • Assist in the design and maintenance of financial systems/applications used for forecasting and budgeting
  • Assist finance in managing finance deliverables and calendar. Supervising and coordinate preparation of monthly and quarterly forecast updates
  • Works closely with accounting and finance team towards monthly close and financial deliverables to management
  • Supports budgeting and forecast efforts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Analyze financial consolidated results working with and providing feedback to finance and management
  • Works closely with tax and finance team on quarterly forecast with necessary split outs for tax team
  •  Works closely with accounting team on auditor, SEC, and bank requirements and/or requests
  •  Delivers requirements for quarter end board reporting and earnings release
  •  Provides support for acquisitions with respect to financial consolidations as well as bank requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting and/or Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • 1+ year managing and leading a team of financial professionals
  • Proficiency with financial statements, accounting concepts and financial analysis
  • Strong-to-expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred
  • Extensive experience in budgets, revenue and cash flow modeling preferred
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Presentation and communication skills sufficient to present and discuss financial models and reports with C-level executives in the organization.
