Job Description
The Support Analyst / Developer for KRONOS who can work on most phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.

This analyst/developer formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex systems changes.

Working in close partnership with the user community and other stakeholders, you will be accountable for supporting the KRONOS application, troubleshooting, debugging and documentation.

The ideal candidate is someone that is knowledgeable in configuration and development in KRONOS, good communication skills and the ability to influence and support end user community.

We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated, results-oriented person, who is comfortable working in a highly-matrix team-oriented IT environment.

This role reports into the IT Manager for HR Applications.

Responsible for production support of KRONOS application, its integrations and customizations ensuring responsiveness to customer requests and quality of work.

Responsible for functional design, configuration and support of applications with a primary focus within Time and Attendance domain Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles and Device Management modules respectively Develop peer, cross functional and cross business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness.

Dedicated to quality end business user service and pro-active and responsive to business partner needs.

Conduct a full range of tasks including support, debugging and documentation Domain experience
– Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Rostering Applications system responsibilities: KRONOS Qualifications

3-5 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting and configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper & Workforce Advanced Scheduler and Workforce Central is a must have.

Work Experience in Time and Attendance, Scheduling and Rostering Receive and analyze change requests, use windows, editors, and reports to assess the impact of pay rule changes, Implement changes to an organization’s pay rule configuration, Test pay rule changes, Deploy pay rule changes, Troubleshoot common pay rule problems Maintain the set-up of Workforce Activities to track employee and resource tasks and related business policies and procedures Good communication (both verbal and written), collaboration skills.

Balance of business process knowledge and experience Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.

Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate attention to end goal.

Demonstrates strong customer, quality, cost and delivery focus.
