nnOur client in Richardson is looking for a NOC Tier I Engineer.
The NOC Tier 1 Engineer provides assistance to end users for level 1+ issues including but not limited to network troubleshooting and peripherals.

· Acts as primary contact for all customers serviced by the NOC.nn nn
· Provides phone and email technical support and proactive monitoring of equipment, networks and applications.nn nn
· Provides support to end users requiring assistance on product related technical questions.nn nn
· Troubleshoots network connectivity issuesnn nn
· Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.nn nn nn nnSkills Needednn College graduate with a Computer Science degree or equivalent Experience with TCP/IP Protocols and Networking, Voice over IP (VoIP) , Cisco IOS, Routers and Switches nice to have network troubleshooting experience.
Experience in a NOC very helpful.
