POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Information Technology team, the Sr. Manager, Corporate Systems (ERP, HRIS, Contracts) position is responsible for leading the development and administration of the organizationrsquos enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR information systems (HRIS), and Contracts systems primarily NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, and Contract Insight. The candidate will lead projects impacting our financial reporting as well as planning systems and work closely with members of the Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, and IT to ensure system functionality meets business needs and as a strategic partner to map out and execute future modifications and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong finance andor finance systems background, project management skills (both as a leader and executor), and familiarity with setting up a sound internal controls structure. RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with FinanceAccounting, Procurement, HR, and IT to understand and analyze business and system needs Create and maintain business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, custom validation rules, and posting rules to meet business needs Build and maintain reports and dashboards in various enterprise systems including but not limited to NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, Office Connect, Contract Insight, and Tableau Review system updates and releases cycles ndash Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements Assist in the development of business-specific andor application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support Liaise with InternalExternal Audit regarding SOX and internal controls related matters Manage day to day systemoperations issues and set priorities for resolution Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements Support users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as needed Develop and maintain financial systems integrations and components Design, architect, build, and implement application integrations to meet organization needs Build reports andor data extracts to support FinanceAccounting organization deliverables CORPORATE COMMITMENTS Demonstrate commitment and support for company goals, objectives and procedures Represent Reata by developing collaborative relationships with site personnel, colleagues, partners and vendors Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to moral, ethical and quality principles Participate in corporate and departmental meetings Comply with applicable regulations, GxP and corporate policies and procedures REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONS Bachelorrsquos Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields CPA a plus 6+ years experience with systems development and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain solutions 3-4 years professional experience supporting a FinanceAccounting organization Experience with system security configuration Experience building and testing integrations with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, and Tableau preferred Advanced experience with designing and implementing systemsapplications solutions Ability to manage the business and technical relationships with internal customers and external vendors Demonstrated analytical skills Experience with a complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods a plus Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration Highly skilled in the use of NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Office Connect, Tableau, and all Microsoft Office products Knowledge of GAAPSOX and an understanding of internal accounting controls Able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment and be assertive when needed Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt job responsibilities as required to meet the demands and opportunities of a rapidly growing company Highly motivated, results-focused, and act with a high sense of urgency
