The Opportunity

Full time position Monday to Friday 8.30am
– 5.30pm
This role will have 3 components to the compensation structure along with additional benefits:
An annual base salary
– $35,000 Bonus earning potential
– $35,000 In addition, full time candidates will receive a comprehensive insurance package, pension, and paid vacation time

A degree from a 4-year university/college is a plus.

Able to meet and exceed the achievable targets and structure in place.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities include:

New Business Revenue and Appointment Generation
Sourcing potential customers using multiple resources including internet, mailing campaigns, in-house databases, and external lead generation databases.

Arrange qualified appointments with the appropriate contacts in organizations for the external sales team.

Develop future commercial opportunities for the company.

Maintain a full pipeline of potential customers and projects.

Generate 60+ outbound calls per day while booking 20+ meetings per month (Face to Face or Webinar)
Sales Planning
In conjunction with your leader, plan and deliver monthly activity and targets.

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, to achieve revenue and activity targets.

Actively build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Customer First
Provide additional support for customers as required
– handling incoming sales calls, technical support, and customer services depending on office staffing levels.

Pass on leads to other sales offices/sales teams as appropriate.

Any additional duties within the level of competence as requested by the managers or directors of the company.
