In this role, you will support the implementation of strategic solutions to meet our customer needs, as well as assist team members in managing servicing risk.n n THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEn n Responsibilitiesn n The Business Enablement

– Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesn Manage a pipeline of cases from servicing partners and ensure timely and complete resolutions to support their business execution.

Provide first-level customer service to existing accounts on a wide variety of servicing-related issues.

Identify risk opportunities and resolve and/or raise depending on exposure.n Qualificationsn n THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMn n Desired Experiencesn Bachelor’s degree or equivalentn Skillsn Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Experience overcoming obstacles and navigating unfamiliar subject matter to propose and drive resolution execution Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making Determining root cause analyses of operating errors and taking corrective action to address Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandn Toolsn n Skilled in Exceln n Experiencen n using Salesforce CRMn nAdditional Informationn nREF 3147Ln nThe future is what you make it to be.
