nn Escrow Assistants Needed
– North Dallas and Park Cities areas nn nnOur Client, a growing and reputable title company in the DFW area is seeking to grow their team and have a need for two Escrow Assistants to support top Sr.

Escrow Officers.

The Escrow Assistant role comes with a competitive base salary, bonus incentive and great benefits!

The ideal candidate will possess the following:nn Must be extremely detailed Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, have the ability to anticipate problems before they arise and strive to deliver superior customer service Must be able to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and comply with departmental procedures Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment.

nn Job Responsibilities: nn Must be able to take direction from a high demanding Escrow Officer Monitor receipt of executed purchase and sale agreements Monitor receipt of earnest money deposits Prepare or obtain revised commitment for title insurance consistent with the terms of purchase and sale agreements Order, obtain and circulate updated commitment for title insurance Coordinate the preparation of closing documents with vendors Assist with the disbursement of funds at closing Coordinate the recording of documents at closing Prepare and send out opening package to buyer(s), seller(s), broker(s) and attorneys Prepare and send out closing packages to buyer(s), seller(s), broker(s), attorney(s) and lender(s) Orders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents and evidence of insurance Opens orders, inputs closing statements individually or from a worksheet prepared by escrow officer Communicates requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions nn Qualifications: nn High school diploma or equivalent 3 years minimum of experience as an Escrow Assistant, preferable with residential experience Strong customer service orientation Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, RamQuest Candidates should submit a word formatted resume to .
