Come join us!loanDepot — We are America’s Lender.Position Summary:Responsible for documenting, monitoring, and driving servicing change initiatives to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable law and guidelines.

Assists and supports business process leaders through the change process.

This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S.

state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.Responsibilities:* Creates and maintains servicing change management documentation, to include, but not limited to, action plans and master tracking data.* Provides pro-active follow up with business leaders to ensure timely incorporation of agreed upon changes.* Provides support by researching related subjects for various changes.* Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.* Gathers information and understands business process and procedures.

Tracks and reports change status and issues to management.* Ensures updates to training materials identified through the change management process are communicated timely to the Learning and Development Department.* Ensures applicable policies, procedures and job aids are updated timely when changes are required.* Communicates sustainability testing requirements to the Servicing Oversight & Vendor Management Department.* Produces reports on change initiatives including reporting through dashboards and other data visualization methods.* Works with Servicing Technical Writers to ensure policies and procedures are reviewed annually.* Organizes and hosts change management meetings.* Performs other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of three (3) + years’ experience working in a similar field.* Minimum of one (1) + years’ experience in driving change initiatives.* Experience in the Mortgage Servicing industry preferred.* Black Knight MSP experience preferred.The Perks:* Competitive compensation reliant on ability & experience* Excellent benefits package including multiple health, dental & vision options* Company paid life and AD& D Insurance, as well as additional voluntary benefit possibilities* 401K with robust company match* 15+ PTO days in addition to 8 paid company holidays* The opportunity to work for America’s Lender under the vision of industry legend, Anthony HsiehWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
