The Managed Print Services Analyst (“MPS Analyst”) is responsible for organizing, coordinating and analyzing all MPS activities to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, the MPS Analyst supports the enterprise by providing fleet management support, ensuring that all supported devices are reporting properly as well as maintaining a pulse on requests from the business (moves, adds, changes). This position requires

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitors and responds to customer requests for equipment repairs, upgrades, and lease returns 

• Submits approved procurement requests to Managed Print Services Partner, ensuring timely and adequate responses 

• Submits vendor dispatch and service requests as needed 

• Manages and monitors internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records 

• Runs monthly reports and keeps track of metrics to identify trends and overall usage, to include analyzing frequent issues, complaints, and problems 

• Submits vendor invoices for timely payment processing 

• Researches endpoint connectivity issues (as reported by Managed Service Partner) 

• Trains and assist users on an as needed basis with printer support inquiries 

• Offers technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network / local printers and scanners 

• Drafts and edits technician and end user training manuals 

• Additional duties may be added and/or assigned as needed as the environment grows 

• Ability to work well in a team and independently, communicating clearly and regularly through multiple means to sales, operations, peers, and management 

Successful candidates will have the following skillsets:

• Proficiency Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of Managed Print services software is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Very effective organization skills

• Ability to multi-task
