Member Services Specialist

Collin County Association of Realtorsn nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Member Services Specialistto provide an excellent experience to our members.

Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

If you love interacting with people and you’re interested in a positive, fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you!n nResponsibilitiesn n Provide amazing service to our REALTOR ® and Affiliate members Assist new members when they join CCAR and help them get connected to the tools we provide for their success Accurately maintain our detailed member database, and use it for creating invoices and payments Answer member questions in person, by phone, and via email Instruct members on how to utilize their SUPRA security services Guide members through REALTOR ® Store purchases Be available to report to work at all 4 of our locations (Plano, McKinney, North Dallas, Wylie), based on a flexible, rotating schedule Other duties as necessary to contribute to the overall success of the Association.

n nQualificationsn n Superior customer service mentality Demonstrate outstanding phone support skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome) Proven experience with membership databases and accurate data entry Experience handling cash, check, and credit card payments and calculating correct change Experience in basic office functions, i.e.

office etiquette, communication, using shared files, sharing workspace Effective communication abilities, including in-person instruction and detailed emails Able to stay on task, meet deadlines, and tolerate frequent interruptions Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work well with a variety of personalities Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedure Interpret and follow instructions, and act appropriately on those instructions A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant and/or customer service representative A high school diploma is a requirement Ability to lift up to 25 pounds n nCompensationn n$15 per hourn nAbout Collin County Association of Realtorsn nWe aggressively provide the tools and resources to support our members’ success, which means that our entire team is vested in our members’ experience.
