ABOUT THE TEAM SmartSource IT is a division of Realpage that provides a host of support and solutions for SmartSource IT clients in the Property Management Industry. The Order Fulfillment Associate will work under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager as well as directly with clients to assist with fulfilling property equipment hardware orders in a timely and accurate manner. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES SSIT is looking for a detailed dynamic individual to assist our procurement team and support our growing department. This position will be heavily involved in multiple aspects of customer service and order fulfillment operations, mainly in written form.  Communication with professionalism, tact and excellent grammar is vital.  This role requires communication with client leadership and is responsible for providing sales and order support (quotes, process orders, invoicing) while communicating with Account Managers and the Procurement team. This role will be responsible for adhering to vendor and client specific policies and procedures.  Analysis and critical thinking are required to ensure excellent customer service. The candidate will assist with logistics updates to ensure equipment arrives timely and orders are processed accurately according to the customer’s requests. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES  Highschool diploma or GED requiredBasic Math skills required1-3 years of order processing, customer service, purchasing or related fieldsMin (1 year) in a customer service roleAbility to clearly and effectively communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure that expectations and commitments are metExtremely detail orientedAbility to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization while aligning with our Customer Service goalsProven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to work self-directed, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize conflicting responsibilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)  #LI-CR1 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES The ideal candidate should have experience and proficiency in the following areas: Execute the purchasing lifecycle from inquiry to quote to fulfillment and billingUnderstand client hardware lists for clients and address some technical questions regarding computer hardware and software standardsPurchase technology equipment (Computers, laptops, peripherals, software) for customers and track all fulfillments in required softwareEvaluate and reconcile each order and align with client specific budgetsEnsure accurate order processing, tracking and delivery, and invoicing of customersCoordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries regarding missing equipment, pricing, logistics schedules, returns, and backordered equipmentDocument logistics info and prepare shipping labels as required Communicate and maintain vendor relationshipsAudit and upload invoices in required systems for billingTime Management skills to quickly and accurately complete duties.Ability to follow direction, provide feedback, and read customer order information.
