Process Analyst

This is a Full-time position in Plano, TX posted April 11, 2021.

Chase Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Data Delivery organization provides timely ‘fit for purpose’ data for consumption use cases (e.g.

Data Science, Modeling, Ad Hoc Analysis, Self-Serve Reporting, Marketing campaigns) tailored to LOB and Functional data domains in CCB.

The scope includes sourcing, transforming and moving data from LOB Systems of Record to common repositories and platforms for MIS, analytics and data science.

The goals of the team include maximizing speed to analytics and minimizing unnecessary duplication and risksThe ideal candidate will possess:Consultative skills in process streamlining and re-engineering Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships in a matrixed environment Demonstrated written and oral presentation skills to convey information simply and clearly Exposure to Agile concepts and technologies Analytical and problem-solving skills
– creative problem solving, tenacity in finding an answer, problem structuring, having a point of view Project management skills
– ability to manage multiple priorities Proven track record of creating and owning processes end to end Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change Detail oriented and highly organized Tenacity and exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills High energy and driven; able to take direction well but also able to work with limited supervision Responsibilities:Evaluates, designs, executes, measures, and monitors business processes Ensure that business process outcomes are in alignment with product strategic goals Work collaboratively across all departments to help document “as-is” processes Ability to identify and create “should be” processes Ability to use flow charts to tell the process journey Ability to enhance process effectiveness iteratively for continual improvement Ability to create a measurement system, setting baselines and establish SMART goals Expertise with setting up and managing scorecards Ability to establish, track and manage project with OKRs Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree 1 to 2 years of related experience in Business Management, Data Analysis or Technology related skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment Excellent documentation skills to record business process and procedures Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management Outstanding PC skills (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel); BI and Data Wrangling (e.g.
