Sr Analyst, Credit

The Senior Analyst, Credit will work in a dynamic organization, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging information from multiple sources to manage an assigned portfolio, make sound credit decisions, resolve credit related issues, perform data and channel analytics, help drive channel value, and improve channel health.
The Sr Analyst must be familiar with working in an environment in which key controls (potential SOX implications), precedent setting, and situations in which there is potential for anti-trust are identified and avoided.

    • 5 years work experience in credit, finance, and/or business analysis roles.
    • Experience in credit management or similar financial management related role (e.g.: treasury, financial planning, budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, etc.).
    • Proven problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Intermediate skills in Excel and Access
    • Ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities in response to changing business demands.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required in Finance or related degree
  • Credit and financial analysis, credit extension, and credit management pertaining to sales support and risk mitigation.
  • Utilize customer/dealer data to provide key insights into the operations of our dealers.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve financial or other business related issues that impact sales, sales operations, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Leverage financial, sales, and operational data to help maximize channel success.
  • Assist development and standardization of operational processes, including dealer onboarding, maintenance, and termination.
  • Act as project resource and subject matter expert for new initiatives.
  • Lead, organize, contribute, and deliver in a project-rich environment.
