This is a Full-time position in Allen, TX posted April 11, 2021.

Position Purpose and Objectives Under supervision, manages the design, configuration, support and troubleshooting of the O365 environment including but not limited to Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, One Drive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. Major Duties and Essential Functions Manage and administer O365 environment. Partner with business units to evaluate and drive adoption of new capabilities for Office 365 and related tools, services and systems. Responsible for establishing and maintaining O365 Exchange user mailboxes and shared mailboxes. Office 365 monitoring service health, removal of user accounts, and management of service requests Responsible to maintain correct O365 licensing assignment and counts. Responsible for creating, modifying and managing conditional access policies as needed. Assists System Engineer and System Administrator in the design, purchase, installation, repair, support, testing and analysis of all elements of the Network and IS Operations facilities (including power, network hardware, servers, host systems, SAN systems, communications equipment, software, and telecommunications services). Utilizes software and hardware tools, identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting the O365 environment. Ensures proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Assists in keeping configuration inventory current for disaster recovery planning to include hardware and software. Alerts VP I.T. Services of any Network, Server or IS Operations failure or degradation and assists in performing corrective actions. Ensures proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Ensures adherence to Information Systems policies, procedures and standards. Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. Provides second level support for Helpdesk support tickets. This position may require working rotating shifts to cover the hours of 7 am to 8pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8am to 4pm. After hours, weekends and holiday work with some 7×24 availability will be required for this position. Positions directly supervised NA Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position An undergraduate degree in computer science or business is preferred, but not required, equivalent technical experience acceptable. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Office 365 management experience. Recent technical training in Information Systems field is necessary due to rapid changes in these technical areas. Education Undergraduate degree andor equivalent experience and certifications. Certifications can include Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Server + and A+ Certification, Microsoft 365 Certified Teamwork Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator, MCSE Experience Minimum 2 years of directly related experience. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, andor boards of directors.
