For over 30 years, our talented in-house teams and proprietary quick-turn systems have been known for “making the impossible possible.” Get to know us better at propac.agency.nn nn n nn nn Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): nn Day-to-day client contact and account management Takes ownership for relationship between Propac and assigned accounts, with support from Account Executives, Account Supervisor, Account Director and senior leadership Accountable for overseeing the budget/creative PO for each assigned account as well as management of agency margins/profitability Owns the communication process with client; leads client meetings and presentations, ultimately responsible for all meeting recaps and providing timelines to clients on each project Responsible for developing and creating all presentations and ensuring that they deliver against client mandated objectives Responsible for overseeing timelines and execution of deliverables for assigned clients, working with creative and activation departments to get projects through the Propac system efficiently Supports Account Executives, Account Supervisor, Account Director and senior leadership on all initiatives that relate to keeping our agency in good standing with each client Ultimately responsible for writing and/or reviewing all internally generated briefs to ensure they clearly communicate the objectives and communication priorities of each initiative Maintain and continue to develop the relationship with assigned clients by working closely with your client contacts to become an expert on their business, their strategy, their personality and their expectations Manage account relationships from an annual perspective.

Work with Account Executives, Account Supervisor, Account Director to determine ways to develop new strategies, improve processes, identify opportunities, as well as grow existing account and new business revenues nnSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.nn nn n nn nn Professional Experience / Qualifications: nn 0 to 3 years’ relevant experience in client service or agency background; digital marketing and/or social media agency experience a plus Experience in retail or CPG industries Ability to think creatively, participate in, and lead ideation sessions with clients and internal staff Partner marketing experience uniting brands in co-promotions is a plus Highly motivated, solution oriented leader with ability to problem solve and manage multiple deliverables and clients simultaneously Proactive thinker with ability to understand individual client needs and personalities and manage those needs/personalities with insightful recommendations that drive business and build agency client rapport Outstanding written and oral communication skills including strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Demonstrate leadership within the organization; working effectively with peers and fellow colleagues, treating others with respect, lead by example with the ability to train, mentor and manage junior associates, and seeking to embody the culture of the Propac organization Ability and willingness to travel occasionally or as client needs require nn n nn nnWork Environment and Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
