Global Supply Chain Systems Manager

This is a Full-time position in McKinney, TX posted June 23, 2021.

As our Global Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will based out of our McKinney, Texas site.

You will be responsible for the management of Supply Chain systems and delivery of Supply Chain data analysis to internal and external customers to support our Global Supply Chain organization.

You will also be responsible for managing the global Indirect/Capital spend programs for our Business Unit, Pressure Management.

As a Global Supply Chain Systems Manager, you will
Direct the activities of Data Analysts, Programmers and Database Administrators located at remote sites.

You will help set priorities and evaluate team effectiveness.

Manage multifaceted global projects requiring you to coordinate, gather data, analyze system development and reporting methods.

Analyze, optimize and standardize supply chain processes at each global site.

You will utilize Oracle and other tools to assure effective processes are used by the team.

Develop programs and processes to assure supply chain data quality and integrity.

Develop and maintain key performance metrics and benchmark reports relating to supply chain performance.

Analyze purchasing-related information including material purchases, receipts, cost, purchase price variance, and supplier performance.

Review Indirect Products, Services and Capital supply chains to develop cost reduction opportunities in all world areas.

You will report metrics and provide updates to the management team on our progress.

Lead projects and coach others to lead Indirect/Capital Sourcing projects.
