nnOversee and lead a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end design and delivery of in building Distributed Antenna Systems across multiple industries to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.nn nnManage the day-to-day work activities of the project management team inclusive of the people, process, systems and measures.nn nnEnsure project management services are delivered to customers in a consistent, high quality and professional manner using structured and disciplined practices to ensure project management activities are consistent with company initiatives and expectations.nn nnManage the attainment of financial targets inclusive of annual budget, gross profit and related financial metrics within area of responsibility.

Ensure activities are achieved that meet corporate customer satisfaction objectives as well as internal and external SLAs.nn nnLead team to work collaboratively across all levels and departments of the organization and ensure a seamless transition of work activities to execute operations functions.nn nnThis is remote position in U.S.; candidates living in or near Richardson TX is a plus, but not required.nn nnwww.bboxservices.comnn nnMentor and manage project management delivery team in the consistent execution of in building DAS using standard processes and methodologies for project planning and execution activities including: scope definition and management; task and resource scheduling; cost and price budgeting; quality review and assurance; client relationship management; project team management; and overall change management.nn nnPartner with sales and provide pre-sales functional and/or technical support for developing opportunities.

Work in conjunction with estimating staff, or independently, to prepare estimates with a detailed review of plans, specifications and bid form: gather or develop data such as scope of work, subcontractor quotes, floor plans, etc.

to produce customer proposals.nn nnFoster and ensure collaborative working relationships within NACS operations and across all levels and departments of the organization to execute project management activities and company priorities.nn nnPromote continuous growth of project management practices within the PMO and organization to achieve client and organizational objectives.nn nnLead succession planning for project management by identifying, acquiring, developing and promoting high potential talent.nn nnAchieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.nn nnPerform other duties as assigned by management.nn nnBachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experiencenn nnPMP, Six Sigma, Agile, SCRUM or related certifications preferred.nn nnMinimum of 7 years Project Management including direct management experience with track record of increasing Project Management Office responsibilities within the technology services industry.nn nnProject management and installation experience with one of the following OEM systems: Cobham (Axell Wireless), JMA Wireless, Westell, Commscope (Andrew), Corning (MobileAccess), ADRF, GWave Solutions or Solid in-building.

Skills include:nn nnSite Surveynn nnAbility to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawingsnn nnGeneral understanding of OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu), Signal Generator and similar test equipment.nn nnKnowledge of RF propagation and RF principles.nn nnExperience developing and negotiating with DAS Installation subcontracts.
