Compensation: $34.00 to $38.00 hourly

Management Resources is seeking an Order & License Manager for a contract to hire opportunity in Plano. The Order and License Manager will be responsible for leading, managing the daily operations of our US Order and License Specialist team. This individual will be an integral part of raising current system and process issues to assist with improvements, to help us scale as our business expands.


? Develop a working knowledge of our clients order and licensing process in order to provide guidance on complex customer orders and license issues to the team

? Review order process and identify gaps to help streamline current flow to improve SLAs

? Ensure complete and accurate processing of orders on a daily/weekly basis

? Analyze business needs to work with internal stakeholders to drive system and process change

? Collaborate with billing and collections to optimize order management processing to minimize billing errors

? Interact with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, AR, FP& A, Operations and Legal teams to work through order management issues

? Research customer license install-base and generate necessary licenses for customer resolution

Job Requirements:

The successful Order & License Manager will possess the following:

? 8 Years of order management experience

? Experience leading or managing 2 or more order management team members

? Experience building and maintaining Order Management processes with continuous quality improvement

? Strong customer service and team orientation skills

? Attention to detail without losing productivity

? Ability to problem solve complex order scenarios

? Demonstrated flexibility to changing priorities

? Demonstrated ability to make decisions during peak periods while maintaining accuracy working at a high pace

? Experience with is required

? Experience with NetSuite is required

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook and Google Docs, Sheets
