POSITION SUMMARY:As a member of the Information Technology team, the Sr.

Manager, Corporate Systems (ERP, HRIS, Contracts) position is responsible for leading the development and administration of the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR information systems (HRIS), and Contracts systems primarily NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, and Contract Insight.

The candidate will lead projects impacting our financial reporting as well as planning systems and work closely with members of the Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, and IT to ensure system functionality meets business needs and as a strategic partner to map out and execute future modifications and enhancements.  The Ideal candidate will have strong finance and/or finance systems background, project management skills (both as a leader and executor), and familiarity with setting up sound internal controls structure.RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with Finance/Accounting, Procurement, HR, and IT to understand and analyze business and system needsCreate and maintain business processes, custom objects, calculated fields, custom validation rules, and posting rules to meet business needsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in various enterprise systems including but not limited to NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, Office Connect, Contract Insight, and TableauReview system updates and releases cycles – Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvementsAssist in the development of business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production supportLiaise with Internal/External Audit regarding SOX and internal controls related mattersManage day to day system/operations issues and set priorities for resolutionDocument and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirementsSupport users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as neededDevelop and maintain financial systems integrations and componentsDesign, architect, build, and implement application integrations to meet organization needsBuild reports and/or data extracts to support Finance/Accounting organization deliverablesCORPORATE COMMITMENTS:Demonstrate commitment and support for company goals, objectives and proceduresRepresent Reata by developing collaborative relationships with site personnel, colleagues, partners and vendorsDemonstrate professionalism and adherence to moral, ethical and quality principlesParticipate in corporate and departmental meetingsComply with applicable regulations, GxP and corporate policies and proceduresREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fieldsCPA a plus6+ years’ experience with systems development and working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain solutions3-4 years’ professional experience supporting a Finance/Accounting organizationExperience with system security configurationExperience building and testing integrations with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Ultipro, and Tableau preferredAdvanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutionsAbility to manage business and technical relationships with internal customers and external vendorsDemonstrated analytical skillsExperience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods a plusAbility to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configurationHighly skilled in use of NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Office Connect, Tableau and all Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of GAAP/SOX and an understanding of internal accounting controlsAble to thrive in a very fast-paced environment and be assertive when neededVersatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt job responsibilities as required to meet the demands and opportunities of a rapidly growing companyHighly motivated, results focused and act with a high sense of urgencyJob SummaryRequisition Number: SENIO01139Job Category: Information TechnologySchedule: Full-Time
